I just found a rock in my shoe. It is small but you would have thought it was the rock of Gibraltar. Ok maybe not that big but how the hell do they end up in there? Really it isn�t like I go running off in the quarry. Typical Monday though started off bad will most likely continue on the present course. Hope everyone else is having a better day.
